The breakfast was tasty and delicious - a huge variety of meals - slices of fresh bread, cereal, and cheese. Fab location, we were just off a local cafe where the food was plentiful, Main train station Santa Maria Novella and 1 block down of the Duomo and Duomo and all the other sites. The staff was SUPERFRIENDLY and courteous, everything was excellent.

Is it really that good? My take
What a wonderful experience! The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the Duomo, with a lovely breakfast that surpasses the usual fare. Plus, Alessandro's hospitality is second to none!
The noise from nearby activities can be slightly bothersome at night. The tap water had an unpleasant smell, and perhaps, the soundproofing could be improved for a more serene stay.

I stayed in the Family Room with Private Bathroom for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. The room had a nice layout, keeping the kids separate while still being close. Plus, the A/C was great during the heat. The location? Just a block from the Duomo! Can't beat that! But, the noise from outside could be a bit distracting at night.

The location is ideal, just a stone's throw from the city's attractions and a good wine bar nearby. The host was attentive, going out of his way to ensure our comfort, including assisting with taxi arrangements. The room featured beautiful large windows allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere below, yet it remained surprisingly quiet at night.
